Service Area: Our services are available to customers within the San Antonio and Helotes region. For services outside this area, please contact us for availability and additional travel fees.

Scheduling and Cancellation: Appointments can be scheduled via our website or over the phone. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Service Guarantee: We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please inform us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments. Invoices will be provided electronically or in print, based on your preference.
